Level 1 of this course includes:
- Weekly physical and energetic themes that inform each week’s practices
- Holistic mindfulness practices that involve your physical, emotional, material, relational, and intellectual self
- Core mindfulness practices that “level up” each week. Core practices are in the areas of movement, nutrition, sleep and self-talk .
- Advantage mindfulness practices that change weekly. Advantage practice topics include decluttering, creativity, boundaries, finances, forgiveness, and more.
- Weekly meditations that correspond to the weekly theme
